Beach Cricket Blast 2026

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering a team for Beach Cricket Blast 2026 (“Event”), you (“Team Captain”) agree to the following on behalf of yourself and all team participants:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, contact with other participants, use of sporting equipment, weather exposure, and natural or uneven playing surfaces.

You and your team voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Cricket Impact Group LLC, its affiliates, partners (including event partners), sponsors, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Event.

This includes claims arising from negligence.

3. Team Captain Authority

You represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of all team participants

• All participants are 18 years of age or older

• You have communicated the terms of this waiver to all team members

• You accept this agreement on behalf of all team participants

4. Medical Authorization

You authorize Event organizers to secure emergency medical treatment for any participant if necessary. You acknowledge that all medical costs are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Personal Property

Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or equipment.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual or team for misconduct, without refund.

7. Media Release

You grant Cricket Impact Group LLC and its partners the unrestricted right to capture, use, and distribute photographs, video, and other media of participants for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

8. No Refund Policy

All registration fees are final and non-refundable, including in the event of team withdrawal or scheduling conflicts.

Event organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances. No refunds will be issued.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Barbados.

10. Acknowledgment

By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver on behalf of yourself and all team participants.
